The UK Riots August 2024

The horrific murder of three little girls by a 17-year old boy has led to a series of riots that have rocked the foundations of many communities across England.

The underlying causes are completely false information put out on social media and stoked to red hot violence by right wing extremists such as Tommy Robinson (his actual name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon…)

The story put out on the media is that the killer is a Muslim migrant and probably black (I will reveal the truth later) The rioting started In Southport, the location of the murders and drew in hundreds of men, who were led to attack a local mosque. The police were initially not able to control the violence, which was copiously spread on social media. This has led to a huge outbreak of violence, rioting and damage in many towns across Britain. At first glance it would seem that UK society is being undermined by extreme right wing and violent beliefs.

Police and government responses have been quite swift and well planned, leading to many arrests and trials of the organisers and participants.

But the whole series of violence driven by totally false scams and social media illustrates a frightening illness in the centre of English society.

But more encouraging has been the considerable gatherings of local citizens in exactly the places where right-wing rioters wrought their violence just the day before. So by and large there were no riots and the police organisation was appropriate. But the riots have illustrated the fearsome potential of right wing extremists coupled with the power of social media.

Southport latest: Murder suspect named in 'exceptional' decision

The killer was named as 17-year old Axel Rudakubana.

Rudakubana, who is from a nearby village in Lancashire, but was born in Cardiff, Wales, was arrested on Monday.

Usually, the defendant, because he is aged under 18, would be granted anonymity.

However, in an "exceptional" decision, Judge Andrew Menary KC did not conceal the identity of Rudakubana - who turns 18 in six days.

The Liverpool judge said that doing so would allow others to "spread misinformation".

"Whilst I accept it is exceptional given his age, principally because he is 18 in six days time, I do not make an order under section 45," he said.
